Effective change leadership is important when an organization is adopting social media initiatives because it enables IT to focus on the culture of the company groups instead of only the implementation. Standard IT implementation follows a more linear path through the change process, but while social media needs to ensure success by relating and generating buy-in from the different stakeholders. The experimenting with the social media also allows IT to determine if it will be successful prior to full implementation.
A CIO may encounter several ethical issues when implementing social media initiatives in an organization such as having an open forum where users can say just about anything and having confidential data leaked. One strategy that could help counter users being unfiltered in what they say is to implement training for the user prior to allowing them access to the tool. By making sure the user is aware of what is not allowed (vulgar content, attacking posts, etc.). Also, to ensure that users do not upload or divulge any confidential data, training of course on data security, but using a DLP or similar tool to police data transference could prevent unintended leaks.
Of the 12 core competencies, being a problem-solver is a skill that should be a priority for companies. Technical skill is a must but having an IT engineer that does not stop at every difficulty that comes along and is constantly working on solutions to problems. Another priority core attribute that companies should value is the ability to collaborate with other teams. Many times, IT departments work in a silo and fails to collaborate to ensure success of a technology, but having a team member that works with upstream and downstream teams adds value and success to implementations. Lastly, having IT engineers that can communicate openly and clearly to management and other teams will only benefit a company. Communication is key creating valid requirements, building bridges with clients, and collaborating with other teams.
As you complete your studies as a master’s prepared healthcare administrator, what role do you envision for yourself? As you know by now there are many roles and areas of specialty to choose. Since you have almost completed your Master’s degree, imagine you have been asked by your Dean to make a presentation to a group of undergraduate students considering becoming Healthcare Administrators. Literature Review
The purpose of this assignment is to demonstrate your ability locating, analyzing, and applying credible, reliable research that will support your study and thesis paper. Identify five additional sources (professional articles or studies and offer an explanation of how each applies to your topic) and add these to the six sources you used in weeks 1 & 2. This will constitute Chapter Two of your thesis paper.

This project is about research and computational modeling. You can use any software (e.g.MATLAB) for modelling and plotting. There are some factors we research and see from the design: ionic conductivity, vacancy, energy barrier, band structure, etc. From those factors, we can emphasize that lithium titanate is one of the good choices for energy storage, high power of batteries.

There are two parts to the paper.
Paper 1 (Due June 4th)
The project will first be written in the format of a proposal paper and submitted to your professor for approval. It must be approved by your professor. Based on the AACN Essentials of Baccalaureate Education for Nursing, 2009), The student will identify a quality care or patient safety issue that exists in their clinical setting and create proposal with goals, objectives, and strategies to address the issue. This project will integrate and demonstrate leadership and/ or management qualities which include identification of the problem, data collection, research review and interprofessional communication. Included are elements of budgeting, staffing, staff and patient satisfaction, and measurable elements that can be evaluated. The project will require collaboration with stakeholders such as, quality councils, finance, nursing and other departments. The student will attempt to present the proposed project to the leadership of the facility. Course faculty will guide the students in completion of this assignment. Your implementation and measurement strategies must be developed from evidence-based literature and be presented in correct APA format.
The project focuses on a need of the unit/ agency where you practice. It is a demonstration of how you have mastered the process improvement and evidence-based professional practice content grounded in the nursing process based on evidence from previous courses. The project will be presented in a scholarly paper that includes the following:
