Your main goal is to find out, how well your chosen company has integrated the principles of CSR (i.e. environment, social, ethics, Human Rights, legal compliance etc) into their business as reported in their CSR report. Remember, CSR concept is closely connected with sustainable development, management, philanthropy and various forms of donations as well. Identify what your chosen organization mainly focuses on (e.g. a comprehensive focus on multiple aspects of CSR or just sustainability only). Evaluate and discuss the scope and legitimacy of your organizations chosen corporate projects for institutionalizing social responsibility including the level of responsibility the company claims for and relationship of CSR practices to companys financial performance. There should be an executive summary of your report. The company is Nintendo.

Lets work on organization by putting all the consequence arguments together. Dont jump from a discussion of rights in one paragraph to consequences in the next. Consider the effects one at a time, one after the other, morale will go up, service will be better, there will be innovation and less retention. You have found an opening for your dream job in human services. For the application, you are asked to write a formal paper discussing the social problem that you are passionate about and conduct research on that topic. You must also show that you understand the roles, responsibilities, and functions/activities of this position, and be able to relate them to the social problem you identified.

For this assignment, please respond to the following:

Identify a social problem you are passionate about and one that is related to your concentration area, either Family and Community Services, or Organizations and Social Services. ( page minimum)

Describe the purpose and history of major policies related to this social problem.
For example, describe the significant policy or policies of child welfare, the main purpose of child welfare policy, and the key historical events or influential individuals. (1 page minimum)

You have been working on an organization for your course project and should have done considerable research to complete the first two parts of the project. Continue to use the company you selected (Volkswagen) to complete this part of the course project. You will need to select one host country where the company operates to compare with the home country.

Prepare a report on the following topics:

Evaluate three areas of potential diversity between the home country and host country. What is the companys policy on diversity? As the leader, develop a plan for managing the areas of diversity.
