for example:
1- hiring the right person in the right place can retain the employee in the organization.
2- having a diverse workforce with different skills can retain the employees.
3- having enough employees in the team to do the job and not to eliminate some positions to save cost, such actions will create stress and work overload.

Fifty years ago, Eletro Shock Therapy was used, without know how and why it alleviates depression…Today, we know about electrical activity at neural level (circle back to chapter two on neurons)…this knowledge now is used and the question that has been asked  is “Can we jolt our brains so that we become smarter”

Some one decided to test this, so at MIT, in a Psychology Lab, Professor XXX is doing an experiment where subjects put on a hat that gives them a very mild electric shock.  As it turned out, these subjects become more efficient and more accurate, in solving math and verbal puzzles; in other words they became smarter as a result of more neural activities–>release of neurotransmitters–>faster problem solving….

So, what is your BIG QUESTION about something that you learned in this course, that has yet to be developed, used, implemented in the future…stimulating the brain for the purpose of becoming smarter was a sci fi, fifty years ago…now, it is being tested with promising results…what is something that you think is far fetched that could become a reality 50 years from now?  Be creative, be imaginative, and let your thoughts and knowledge take you to the next level of curiosity!

Big Questions are open ended, they stimulate thoughts, they encourage debate and awaken curiosity…they are an indication of a mind that thinks critically…they are ambiguous, yet thoughtful and are backed with research…

What is your BIG QUESTION about Personality?  Craft you BIG QUESTION and then respond to two of your peers on Packback questions, under the GRADES on the left side menu.
