Harvard citation with the format style of Reference List must be used. There will likely be a need to share several articles for the research that I have already collected, which include some ebooks as well. This effort would require a writer with strong analytical skills, firm command in U.S. English style, and outstanding research writing experience, including comfort with Harvard Citation style.

Instructions

Refer to the Carr article.  Carrs underlying discussion is whether a company can get competitive advantage through IT technology.
Personal technology, mobility, and the emphasis on Big Data and metrics emerge after the May 2003 publication of the article.
Discuss how Big Data for HR either supports or refutes Carrs argument on competitive advantage.  Remember to examine the impact through Carrs 3 recommendations.  Not all 3 have to agree.

You will need to state the issue & why it is important
Analyze big data through Carrs three prisms (spend less, follow dont lead, focus on market risk to HR do not use security). Remember to specifically mention Carr and Big Data together.
Make a recommendation yes or no, and discuss how you made the decision
Discuss how to implement a big data project.

I need an annotated bibliography done on my topic of “Should Physician Assisted Suicide Be Legalized in Michigan?” I have provided the rubric for the assignment. Three articles need to be on the pro side and three need to be on the con side. Out of the 6 articles used 4 of them need to be peer reviewed journals. Thank you. Text or email me with any questions.

FINAL PROJECT: STATISTICAL ANALYSIS
Now that you have completed all of the statistical calculations involved with your analysis of the survey, it is time to put the project together. Your final project submission will be a single document that contains information from all of the previous components along with your written analysis and comments on the survey results.

The format for your final project submission should include the following sections, in this order:

Title Page.
Executive Summary (23 double-spaced pages): This should be a summary of the findings and conclusions of the study you developed and conducted. Discuss each of your six survey questions.
Reflection Statement (12 double-spaced pages): This needs to include what you learned both in the course and in this project. Review the competencies of this course, which are located in the syllabus, as well as the criteria of this project to make sure you are focusing on the correct concepts for your reflections.
Appendix (This includes your supporting data):
Introduction.
Data Collection Plan.
Descriptive Results.
Inferential Statistics.
Table of Data From the Survey Data Generator.
The two sections that are new for this project component are the executive summary and the reflection statement. You may also need to edit your introduction to make it fit the style of a project document. The remaining items should be treated as an appendix. As you write your executive summary, you may wish to refer the reader to particular graphs or results in this supporting data section.

Executive Summary
Write a summary (23 double-spaced pages) of your course project for someone interested in your work. While you did a lot of calculations and quantitative analysis in the project, your executive summary should give the reader a quick summary of your survey intent, design, and results without an overload of numbers and formulas. Discuss each of your six survey questions.

Focus on communicating the results and interpretations of your results. You will not be able to comment on every little finding, so you will have to make some judgments about what might be the most interesting or revealing results.
Discuss inferential statistics and how your survey data can be used to estimate or test population parameters such as the population mean and population proportion.
Write your executive summary professionally and with good writing practices.
Reflection Statement
Write a summary (12 double-spaced pages) of your thoughts on how your view of statistics has changed since you started this course and this project. We have covered a wide range of topics in this course, and many learners quickly forget the formulas they worked so hard to memorize.

While you may not remember the mathematical formulas, what concepts or ideas will you take from this course?
How will those ideas influence or impact your personal or professional life?
After you have written and integrated all of the previously described sections and items, refer to the Statistical Analysis course project description and then submit your project in the assignment area.

Classmate #1-

I think the two mistakes that I’m most likely to make are conceptual and transcription errors. Trying to learn various concepts and formulas can sometimes be a lot and some of them I may confuse for another or miss a step in a process. To avoid making these mistakes I try to do a lot of repetition of the concepts and steps until I get comfortable with it before moving on rather than trying to learn multiple concepts at a time. Sometimes I create mnemonics to keep track of steps. It worked when I was kid and my 10 year old uses them so they can work for me.
The other one tends to be transcription errors. I usually do fine at first, but the more I work on problems I’ve noticed that sometimes I tend to start writing some of the problem incorrectly or part of the answer incorrectly. I noticed it last night going through ALEKS as well. After about two hours of going through concepts and problems I noticed that I started switching some of the digits which threw my answers off. The steps were right, but the transcription error still effected the answers. I think to avoid this, I just have to pay more attention to detail and perhaps work a few more breaks into my study and practice time.

Classmate #2-

I often forget how to add and subtract positive and negative numbers. I’m certain the reason I forget is because I almost never have to add/subtract negative numbers. Also, if for some reason I do have to add/subtract negative numbers, I use the calculator on my phone.
I know the reason for my error is a calculation error. I know how to add and subtract just fine, but when I see the negative sign I forget what the rule is for add/subtracting negative numbers.
I find myself having to watch a video or read some examples to refresh my memory as I did during the first week in Consumer Math 1. So for now, I have committed to memory that two like signs become a positive sign and two unlike signs become a negative sign.
