She will become the link between the organization’s management and the neighborhood community. In a team of others who may want to volunteer in the organization, she will spearhead different community mobilization and sensitization initiatives to ensure that the communities around understand and support the new establishment in meeting the aspirations.

He will develop social media policies and programs in the organization. Jamal has already started creating social media accounts to help marketing organizations to the online community as the first contact platforms for soliciting donor support.  Jamal also loves sports and can help the organization attract a team of sportsmen who will form a team to support organization activities. that will draw more members to support the fundraising. He can train other children and youth on swimming lessons and golf to form teams for competitions within the recreational park. Jamal services will be vital in creating online platforms for mobilizing support and marketing the organization. He will also liaise with the marketing team on the ground to ensure they draw membership into sports clubs for youth’s teenagers and their parents as the first step of marketing the organization activities (Bray, 2019).

Lakeisha will be in charge of children and youth programs in the organization. Her role will span, creating fun programs that will attract the children and youth’s membership in various sports and team-building activities. What is missing in the team is a team of volunteers to market the organization into the community and keep the public informed about its goals.  The organization needs a team of social workers, marketers, and other support staff to help run the organization’s daily operations (Eisner, Maynard & Washburn, 2019). The organization’s activities need a team of qualified, dedicated, and experienced workforce to sell the organization to the donors, well-wishers, and community (Hoefer & Sliva, 2014). The team members may need to interact with the community at a personal level to ensure they sensitize them on the need to support

the fundraiser and subscribe membership into the organization for sustainable funding. The only way to fill such labor force needs is through seeking volunteers willing to offer their services to the organization.

The Final Paper assesses the final two Course objectives.

Write an Op-ed article for a newspaper, on a topic that is relevant to this class. It must address a specific policy issue that is not working, and it must present solutions on how to improve it. You may research outside resources for policy suggestions, but be sure to also incorporate this course’s texts. This is a comprehensive final to assess your understanding of this course’s objectives.

Grading will be based on the quality of the writing, the clarity of the argument, and how well it is supported by the literature from the course. See the attachment for tips on writing an effective op-ed.

The required length is 4 double-spaced pages. Remember to cite sources in the text with Turabian in-text citations and write a Reference List at the end of your work.

Upload the attachment, labeled yourlastnameFinal.doc or yourlastnameFinal.docx in the Assignment window under the Final Assignment Folder.
This assignment originally appeared at John F. Kennedy’s School of Government at Harvard University.

The response should be extensive and in-depth. There should be no personal examples, Everything stated should be supported with evidence from the epic (the Mahabharata). Answers should be outside the box, not flat or shallow.

The question is:
One of the innumerable ideas the Mahabharata proposes is that dharma (translated as righteousness in your show) varies and depends on the situation one finds him/herself in, as well as the intent behind a deed. Such being the case, some deeds which appear immoral become good due to the intention of the characters, whereas other acts which follow the rules are perceived as unjust. Take as an example the Pandavas marriage to Draupadi vs. the game of dice. All the accepted moral and social norms were broken in the former and all were followed in the latter (that is, the game of dice was technically in accord with the rules set out for it before its start). Yet, the polyandrous marriage was a virtuous deed whereas Duryodhans intentions made the dice game malicious. In this view of moral variance, how can one decide when a deed is righteous and when it isnt? If morality lies in abiding by certain rules, when do rules in turn become immoral?

Develop an assessment that will determine a childs physical, cognitive, or social emotional development at infancy. Specifically, you must address the following questions:

2. What type of development are you assessing (physical, cognitive, or social emotional)?
3. What is the specific goal of your assessment?
4. What materials will you need for this assessment? What type of space? What objects?
5. What, specifically, will you have the child do? What are the steps you will follow as you introduce the activity, engage the child in the activity, and evaluate the childs ability to accomplish the activity?
6. What specific developmental concepts and/or theories are relevant? Describe those concepts and/or theories and clearly state what you expect the outcome of this activity to be (i.e., what should the child be able to do at this age?).

I have also attached the guidelines for the assignment.

Goal: The goal of this assignment is to compare a performance of Classical music to pop/rock music using musical terminology to express your ideas.

Course Objectives:

CO-1: Identify Western music by style and era.
CO-2: Apply musical terminology, concepts and critical listening skills to a given major composer and style of music.
CO-3: Analyze the social, political, and cultural influences on Western and non-Western music.
Description:

Choose an excerpt from two concerts, one of a pop or rock concert of your choice and one of a performance of music from the Classical Era (1750-1800 AD) chosen from the list below. Watch approximately 10 minutes of each concert. (Please note: The rock or pop concert you choose should be one you watch during this course, rather than a performance you watched or attended prior to the class.)

After viewing the concert excerpts, construct a comparison of these two concerts and address the following:

1. Explain why you did or did not enjoy the concerts.

2. Evaluate similarities and differences between music in the Classical era and rock/pop music. Be sure to reference specific musical attributes of the concerts, and use musical terminology and information from the course materials to express your ideas.
