STP technology uses the term bridges because switches did not exist when STP was developed. Discuss the differences between switches and bridges and their relationship to STP. Also, consider the recent criticism toward STP. Discuss whether you think STP should continue to be used. Use examples to defend your answer.

For your citations, you might use articles that show examples of the difference between bridges and switches. You can also find articles from experts that suggest STPs or TRILL are the best protocol.

VLAN

The purpose of the Case Study  is to provide an opportunity to demonstrate course-related knowledge in speaking more deeply about one specific client. Your case study will identify specific behaviors and how those behaviors are evaluated in light of a specific theory. You will also identify ways that specific behaviors can be addressed in a manner consistent with the theories of your field. (For research-oriented internships, you will identify specific variables being studied and provide rationale for the study.)

With explicit permission from your site supervisor, choose a case, circumstance, or situation at your site. If an appropriate case cannot be obtained from your site, then you may complete a case study on a historical or fictional character. You will need explicit permission from your instructor to use a historical or fictional character.

Discuss the following steps with your supervisor:
    Without violating confidentiality, provide background information on your subject (or group/situation), including behaviors observed, any medical information that is available, socio-cultural factors that might affect treatment, etc.
    Provide information about current behaviors, specifically maladaptive behaviors, and current treatment plans/progress.
    Using knowledge gained in your study of psychology in general and/or your cognate in particular, provide a brief theoretical explanation of your case. That is, pick one specific theory you have studied that, when applied to the case, provides a deeper level of understanding (If you are viewing the case through the lens of that particular theory, how does it impact how you understand what is going on for the client?). Be sure to include appropriate citations for the information used.
    Using knowledge gained in your study of psychology in general and/or your cognate in particular, identify a treatment plan detailing how you would continue to work with this case. (This treatment plan may be hypothetical.)

The paper must fulfill the following criteria:
    34 pages (body of the paper)
    Current APA format (Include title page, page numbers, headings, citations/ reference page)

Analysis on Food Security

Overview
The members of the United Nations found great value in the analysis you provided on the effects of global warming that result from population growth. They are now asking you write an additional analysis to include further issues related to population growth. Here is the issue they have asked you to consider:

The member states of the United Nations seek to build food systems that can provide global food security which will feed everyone, everywhere, every day by improving food quality though the promotion of effective and nutritional agricultural practices. The crucial issue is not the lack of food in the world but the access to that food. In many developing countries, food shortages are due to governmental control over food distribution. These governments maintain control of the population and their power by limiting access to nutritious food to certain groups. In this practice, they thereby “weaponize” food.

Your second project as a consultant for the United Nations is to develop an analysis that addresses three issues related to global food insecurity caused by global population growth and poverty, and to explore these issues in a developing country of your choosing.

The U.N. has given you the following guidelines:

Content
The U.N. has asked that your paper contain three sections. Each section should be one page (or approximately 300 words) in length and answer specific questions, identified in the outline below. It also asks that you use examples from your developing country when answering the questions.

Introduction
Provide an introduction of half a page minimum that addresses points 15 below:

Explain the problem the U.N. has asked you to address in your own words.

Identify the three sections your paper will cover.

Identify the developing country you will consider.

Tell the U.N. the causes of food insecurity.

Provide a one-sentence statement of your solutions at the end of your introduction paragraph.

Section I. Background
What is food insecurity?

What role does population growth play in food security?

Section II. Technologies That Can Reduce Hunger and Improve Food Security
What forms of technology can be used to reduce hunger and improve food security?

How would these technological solutions work?

What causes of food insecurity do these technologies address?

Section III. Specific Factors in Chosen Developing Country
Considering the causes of food insecurity, what factors interrupt the flow of food from the source to the people in the developing country you selected?

Conclusion
Provide a conclusion of half a page minimum that includes a summary of your findings that the United Nations can use to inform future policy decisions.

Success Tips
In answering each question, use examples from your developing country to illustrate your points.
The U.N. needs facts and objective analysis on which to base future policy decisions. Avoid personal opinion and make sure your answers are based on information you find through research.
Formatting Requirements
Make sure your paper consists of 46 pages of content (or 1,200 words minimum, not including the cover or reference pages).
Create headings for each section of your paper as follows:
Section I. Background.
Section II. Technologies That Can Reduce Hunger and Improve Food Security.
Section III. Specific Factors in Chosen Developing Country.

We have suggested that Zoroastrianism influenced Judaism. As a Jew, Jesus taught Jewish scripture. Some even say that Christianity is a sect of Judaism. Yet most Christians claim that their religion is unique. Also, we have seen numerous rifts in Christianity: In the book of Acts, the division between Roman Catholicism and the Eastern Orthodox Church, the Protestant Reformation, and so on. Modern Christianity is sometimes characterized by the split among followers who believe in the literal interpretation of the Bible and those who believe in a figurative interpretation.

Did Zoroastrianism and/or Judaism provide the basis for Christianity or not? Defend your response with three reasons and explain.
How can one Bible, especially one New Testament, be used to justify so many divisions? Is one of these divisions or denominations the “right” one? Why?
