Professional Development Plan
In a Microsoft Word document of 4-5 pages formatted in APA style, develop a strategic plan to aid your transition into the role of a professional nurse. In your paper, address each of the following criteria:

Discuss factors influencing your decision to obtain a BSN degree.
Discuss how the role of the baccalaureate differs from your current role.
Describe new opportunities that may be available after degree completion.
Examine one of the two models of socialization discussed in your readings and place yourself in one of the stages.
Provide your rationale for that placement.
If none of the models or stages fits your experience, create your own model (or stage).
Identify two professional short-term goals.
Identify two professional long-term goals.
Expound upon the challenges and barriers you face in pursuit of your short- and long-term goals.
Identify mentors and support systems that aid you in overcoming challenges and barriers necessary to achieve goals.

Search for the term “Logistic Regression” on Google News. You will see that it is a technique used in practice by professionals in many disciplines, especially in medicine. Browse and read 3 articles that catch your attention. Comment on how they use logistic regression and evaluate in a detailed and analytical way the conclusions drawn by the original researchers (now that you know how logistic regression works, you should be able to identify potential flaws or limitations in the claims derived from the published studies).

Quality and Cost Measurements
As nurse practitioners continue to expand their role in delivering health care, it is imperative for NPs to provide the data and evidence to demonstrate the impact of NP care on patient outcomes. There are several challenges that advanced practice nurses face to provide quality care and meet productivity goals of an organization. This week it is important to explore the connection of quality care and performance measures. Some questions to consider as we discuss this topic are:

In turn, this increases the NPs ability to provide the best care to patients and their families. Reflection also affords the NP time to consider communication and their efforts toward creating a culture of mutual support with colleagues, a characteristic that is essential to successful NP practice (Somerville & Keeling, 2004).

Each week you will complete a Journal Entry and Time Log that prompts you to reflect on your Practicum Experiences and how they relate to your Professional Goals and Self-Assessment of Clinical Skills. This week you will begin documenting your Practicum Experiences in your Practicum Journal.

To prepare
For this courses Practicum Experience, address the following in your Practicum Journal:

From your perspective, explain the role of nurse practitioners in clinical settings
Develop goals and objectives for the Practicum Experience in this course
Create a proposed timeline of practicum activities based on your practicum requirements.
The Practicum Journal and Time Log Assignment for Weeks 1 4 are due by Day 7 of Week 4.
Time Logs
You are required to keep a log of the time you spend related to your practicum experience and enter every patient you see each day. You can access your Time Log from the Welcome Page in your Meditrek account. You will track time individually for each patient you work with. Please make sure to continuously input your hours throughout the term. Logs are reviewed by your instructors in Weeks 4, 7 and 10.

Please define feminist theory in your own words. Do you believe there are intrinsic gender differences, or do you believe that gender differences are socialized? Think of your organization through the lens of Complexity. Describe two issues that are constrained by the complexity within your organization.

For example: You are a part of a family owned business where an inexperienced family member has been given a position of authority. While you are aware of the mistakes this family member is making that are having an adverse impact on the culture, you opt to not bring the issue to the attention of the Senior Leadership because you fear you will be viewed as a whistle-blower.

1.    Describe two issues you are observing in your organization. Describe as if you are a consultant/advisor; write your paper as if the CEO will read your work.
1.    In a short introduction, describe the overall problem, and two specific issues that need to be addressed.
2.    In the body, complete an analysis of each issue; what is the issue and why is it important (if unresolved how might it harm the company)?
3.    In the conclusion, provide at least one recommendation that will address each issue, and explain how this will resolve the problem.

My group has created a product called LowesLeader which is a application based service from Lowes Home Improvement that enables people to video chat live with specialists that guide them through DIY projects and home repairs as well as picking out the correct product/parts they will need, I need a paper detailing the points of difference this product has versus others already on the market number 5.2 and number 2 in the files attached
