Please see part 1 attached. This will help complete parts 2 and 3

Part 2. Put Your Plan Into Action for 1-week: (Oct 14-21st)

Put your plan into action for 1-week
Track/take notes on your progress.
Feel free to do video diaries if you wish instead of notes.
IF you have an app that will help, please make sure to reference that and share!

Part 3. Formally written reflective paper, APA formatted, including the following:15 points of the 30 total points

Describe the results of your plan and what you learned from your experiences. You will be turning in a PSMJ paper summarizing what you completed. Grading will be based upon the students thorough and detailed coverage of each prompt. There is not a word count for the PSMJ entries. However, in this senior-level class, I expect more than a couple of sentences per question.

You can do this in essay format, video format, or question/answer format. Whichever format you choose, make sure you cite correctly as well as include a reference page so I can refer to what was used. Also, make sure to still follow APA guidelines as outlined in the How to do well on writing assignments portion and APA info section.

Instructions for your formally written, APA formatted reflective paper. Include all of the following:

1) A detailed description of your stressor, and an explanation for why you chose this stressor.

2) Describe your reasons for choosing the coping strategy/chapter from your textbook to address your stressor. Why this chapter and not another one?

3) Describe your expectations for results. What kind of change did you expect to achieve after implementing your stress management plan for a week?

4) Describe what happened — what was achieved/worked and what did not work. Using specific examples from your experiences paired with references to your textbook and workbook, describe how, what you applied from your learning to your stressor. Use descriptive language to illustrate what you used from your readings and how you applied the knowledge to better manage your stressor.

5) Talk some more about the actual results of what you learned from this activity. Include information about: What you learned about the coping strategy you used; Differences between what you expected and the reality of how your plan worked; Describe what you learned about yourself — behaviors, insights, emotions, etc.

6) What would you do differently to make your plan even more successful? Are there modifications you could make which would have helped you to be more successful in managing your stressor?

7) What are your thoughts and opinions on this approach to stress management.

8) Will you try using the approach you used for another stressor? Why or why not?

– PART 2 & 3 =

1) Your formally written, APA formatted reflective paper/video describing the results of your plan along with what you learned from your experience. Remember to cite within the paper correctly and include a reference and cover page. Remember you can do the paper in question-answer format, but you will still follow the APA guidelines. This includes doing a cover page, reference page, and citing. The difference would but for your essay portion of the paper, you will include the question with its number then answer under.

2) You will also turn in any portions from PART 2 which includes tracking notes. See PART 2 section pasted below for a reminder.

I need a writer who can understand the Principles of Research for The Behavioral Sciences, due to the fact the paper is to be written from scratch based on my own personal research following the professor’s instruction. You must be able to understand how to collect data and write about it. I will upload the professor’s instructions on how to write the section with the research I have collected. I prefer a psychology major to help me, and the paper is not formal it’s general. The paper is simple.

In this class, as in many I teach, students come from disciplines across the TWU campus and students in many of my classes are from different age groups, economics, and life experiences. Some students are single, some students are married, many work and have families – but all try to balance university studies, work, family, and life. Some students are even at the point in their life where they may be taking care of their parents.

Of the links provided in Module 4, the textbook reading, and your experience with friends or families that have been touched by any of the leading causes of death, which one concerns you the most? Explain why. Next, armed with knowledge, what can you do for friends, family, and the community to help prevent the leading cause of death you have selected to share in this discussion board?

The 1920s, 1930s, 1940s were pivotal decades for workers and their unions in the United States.  At the height of the economy of the Roaring Twenties, the possibilities for unions and working-class political activism seemed to be at an all-time low.  However, during the Great Depression of the 1930s, workers began to rebuild the labor movement, and many unions consolidated their gains during World War II in the 1940s.  What were some of the major developments and events that created the possibilities for unions to grow in the 1930s and 1940s?  In what ways was union power still limited?  How did the growth of the labor movement affect workers and their employers?  Were all workers able to share equally in the growth of the labor movement?

After reviewing the Module, download and read the Mental Health Ten Basic Principles. The WHO created this list and it sounds like a great approach to mental health care. Find a LOCAL community-based mental health intervention (if there is not one in your community, try your city, county, state, etc.). Review the community health program and discuss how well it follows the 10 basic principles. What does this program address and where does it fall short (if applicable). Discuss who this program is for and how it uniquely addressing mental health aside from diagnosing and treating. Do they offer treatment beyond prescription medicine? Has it proven effective?
Your paper should be 2- 3 pages, double-spaced, and in APA 7th edition format. The page count does not include references.
You will include the primary NCHEC Area of Responsibility and Competencies you are addressing in this assignment as a separate paragraph. Discuss the areas you are practicing for this assignment and the specific competency(ies) you are utilizing. Discuss the importance of these competencies as it relates to the profession of public health.

This year, we’ve all experienced the effects of living through the COVID-19 pandemic.  The coronavirus has disrupted our individual lives on a micro level and our social institutions on a macro level.

For this assignment, you’ll submit a 3-4 page paper in which you reflect on the COVID-19 pandemic through the use of sociological concepts.  You can choose to include personal experiences, or you can write in the third person if you prefer.  You’re not required to use outside sources, but if you do, please cite them in the format of your choice.

As you write your paper, please refer to these steps:

1) Include a brief introduction.

2) Discuss one significant aspect of the pandemic.  I’ve included some ideas below; feel free to draw on these or to choose your own.

3) Apply course concepts to your analysis of this aspect.  You can be flexible in how you do this, as there is a lot to work with.  It’s fine to use material from OpenStax that we haven’t discussed yet in lecture, as long as you feel comfortable that you understand the material.

4) Repeat steps 2 and 3, discussing two more aspects of the pandemic.

5) Apply one of the “Big Four” theoretical perspectives (functionalism, conflict theory, feminism, or symbolic interactionism) to your discussion.  How can we view the pandemic and its effects through that lens?  This should be its own paragraph and should tie up your earlier analysis of three factors.

6) Briefly conclude your paper.  Your application of theory can serve as a conclusion paragraph if you’d like, or you can add a short concluding paragraph afterward.
