The IOM published report, “Future of Nursing: Leading Change, Advancing Health,” makes recommendations for lifelong learning and achieving higher levels of education.

In 1,000-1,250 words, examine the importance of nursing education and discuss your overall educational goals.

Include the following:

Discuss your options in the job market based on your educational level.
Review the IOM Future of Nursing Recommendations for achieving higher levels of education. Describe what professional certification and advanced degrees (MSN, DNP, etc.) you want to pursue and explain your reasons for wanting to attain the education.( the reason I can add later to paper once complete) Discuss your timeline for accomplishing these goals. Assume I want to obtain my MSN in nursing education and would like to complete it within the next 2 years.
Discuss how increasing your level of education would affect how your competitiveness in the current job market and your role in the future of nursing.
Discuss the relationship of continuing nursing education to competency, attitudes, knowledge, and the ANA Scope and Standards for Practice and Code of Ethics.
Discuss whether continuing nursing education should be mandatory. Provide support for your response.

    Section 1: Summary of the article (first paragraph): Tell me what the article is about and what major points the author is making, and his/her conclusions in a paragraph (5-6 sentences long at the most). Do not copy/paste excerpts from the article. Summary should be in your own words and should be based on your understanding of the issue covered in the article.

Section 2: Your thoughts on the article (at the most two paragraphs long): Critically evaluate author’s findings. For example, tell me why you agree or disagree with the author or his/her points, by supporting your own points by giving examples, or by providing convincing evidence for your points. People have been debating about this recovery: “Are we out yet?; how long will it take?; we could have been but the recent government policies have prevented it; no without the help of the government, it could have been worse, and so on….”

– Review your annotated bibliography.

– Define a problem statement that, in your opinion, would be useful and practical for you to investigate, based on the information presented in your annotated bibliography sources (and others if needed).

– Organize your sources by sorting and classifying their findings in a meaningful way, always considering your original topic and problem.

-Write a literature review that would seem to offer the greatest potential for developing a good theoretical framework, using 7 to 10 references. All of these can be from your annotated bibliography, or you can use others in addition to those in your annotated bibliography.

Introduction

Research Question

Theoretical Framework

This section applies to deductive research. It should be one of the longer sections in your report.

Hypotheses

This brief section should contain a clear and concise statement of your hypothesis or hypotheses. The hypotheses should be a logical outgrowth of the theoretical framework.

References

Your report must contain a reference section that includes all sources in your paper. References must be in APA format.

-I have already selected the topic hypertension. And I have already selected the references  that you ll need for this paper. In addition to references I have mentioned on traditional Chinese medicine, you include at least one reference on a different CAM modality such as meditation, yoga, tai chi, etc. I will attach the document ( word doc) with references.
