The assignment is to write a response paper to the book, Bias, by Bernard Goldberg.

jumping-off point, there are lots of possibilities for development, depending on your reaction to the incidents and situations described in the text.

Due to fierce competition and economic fluctuations, many organizations recognize they must change the way they do business, change processes, or develop new products and services. While an organization is undergoing change, this process can be stressful for employees.
Using Kurt Lewin’s (3) three stage model for managing resistance, provide an example of an organizational change initiative. Use an example from an organization you work for or conduct research and locate another company.
In the response list each step and provide the corresponding action made by the organization. Finally, give your overall impression as to how employees reacted at the end of the change process.
What is social stratification? What do class, caste, race, and gender have to do with stratification? Is stratification necessary? What would neo-functionalists and neo-Marxists have to say about it? Where does the US fit into the situation? What is the Veblenian paradox and what does it have to do with stratification from a more symbolic-interactionist perspective? And what role, if any, would contemporary theorists say media and consumption have in stratification.

Hello, you wrote a rough draft for me last and the final paper is due this week. I can send everything you wrote it just has to be extended. I need 8 sources and 10 pages
Instruction
This prompt is the last for the semester. This prompt is to remind you about the general structure for the final draft. The final draft of your study is to be between ten to fifteen pages, it is to have one-inch margins, the font is to be either Times Roman or Times New Roman, 12-point font, and is to be double-spaced.

At the very minimum your paper is to have eight references or more. There is to be a works cited page for all your sources used in your study. Refer to Purdue OWL on the proper styling and formatting for the works cited page (ASA, APA, or MLA). Depending on what style you select, be sure to be consistent! For example, if you use ASA as the in text citation, then use how ASA structures bibliographic references.
The task is to write a creative writing piece that surrounds the similar topic presented in the essay “The Myth of the Latin Women: I Just Met A Girl Named Maria.” The topic discussed in this essay is the Latin stereotypes. Can you please write creative writing based on a personal narrative that discusses my personal story of facing Arab stereotypes. Can you talk about how Arabs face discrimination when traveling and provide or create personal anecdotes. One example can be that Muslim Arabs are faced with “dirty looks” or when a woman wears a hijab when traveling, the waitresses treat her differently. Also the simple stereotype for Arabs that they are “lazy” or not “hard-working: You can also think of or research more examples. Can you please present those examples in a narrative way or personal anecdote, can include dialogue, etc. Please try to use creative stylistic devices. Then you can also elaborate on how stereotypes exist in daily lives and how we should try to avoid them.
Additionally, if you may please also add works cited page at the bottom. In-text citations are not needed.
Note from teacher: REMEMBER YOU MAY NOT USE STANDARD argumentation. You cannot do your typical five-paragraph essay. You are looking for a unique and creative way to express your thoughts on the topic at hand.
REMEMBER — YOU MAY NOT WRITE A TRADITIONAL FIVE-PARAGRAPH ARGUMENT. This needs to be creative and engaging, using rhetorical strategies and a rhetorical mode that shapes what you have to say. Imagine you are writing for a magazine.
