We do not want to leave these doctrines as good discussion topics and not see how they really impact the life of every believer.  Let us consider how each doctrine flows into and through the life of the believer from the time of their conversion to the point of their going home to be with Christ.

Review the following doctrines as covered in Dispensational Theology by Charles F. Baker.

Anthropology (Man)
Hamartiology (Sin)
Soteriology (Salvation and the Atonement)
Angelology (Angels)
Ecclesiology (Church)
Eschatology (End Times)

Write a 4 page paper on how an individual believer is impacted by each one of the doctrines listed above. The following points must be addressed:
At least one paragraph for each doctrine, including:
A short description of each doctrine, and
an explanation showing how that doctrine impacts the life of every believer.
One full paragraph at the end of the paper that summarizes your own personal growth and appreciation for studying theology.

Supporting Scripture and at least two quality sources are included.
Support your work with scholarly academic resources using APA format.

Building Common Ground and Trust Using Evidence

Instructions
One of the ways management can manage difficult situations, collect relevant information, and build common ground and trust with employees is establishing communication based on evidence rather than judgment.

Using the final project transcripts provided, create a list of the relevant facts that are pertinent to the case. This is information that you would use to determine the outcome of the caseor evidence. Additionally, create a list of judgment comments you find in the transcripts. Judgments are information that could not be used to defend the actions in the case because they are feelings, emotion, or opinionnot fact.

Completing this assignment will inform your work on Milestone Three in Module Seven. The transcripts can be found in the Final Project Case Study.

Prior to beginning work on this discussion, read Chapter 1 in the Frost e-book, Qualitative Research Methods in Psychology, and the required journal articles for this week. Also review last weeks PSY635 Week Two Discussion Scenario (Links to an external site.). In that scenario, the three instructors realized there are limits to the insights they can gain through anonymous counting of discussion posts. The instructors would like to answer two additional research questions: (a) How do their students actually feel about the intervention? and (b) How do students view the influence of the intervention on their learning inside and outside of the classroom (if applicable)?

Activity:  Write a scholarly paper analyzing a nursing conceptual model reflecting the criteria below. Support your analysis with scholarly references in addition to textbooks. The framework for model analysis and evaluation will be reviewed in lecture. Suggested length: 8-10 pages

Introduction (4 Points)
Choose a nursing theorist that you most identify with and who has the most similarity to your beliefs about nursing. Explain your rationale for selecting the theorist. Describe the theorists background and how it may have impacted the model development.

Analysis (6 points)
Origins of the Model
What is the historical evolution of the model? What was the authors motivation and philosophical claims? Which scholars influenced the author? What world view is reflected in the model?

Unique Focus
What is the unique focus of the model? What category of nursing knowledge is reflected in the model?

Content
Describe the concepts and propositions of the model.

Evaluation (6 Points)
Explication of Origins – Are the models philosophical claims explicit? Is the influence of scholars acknowledged? Comprehensiveness of Content. Are the metaparadigm concepts clearly described?  Do the relational propositions link the concepts? Is the model sufficiently broad to guide nursing research, education, administration and practice?

Logical Congruence
Is one congruent frame of reference evident?
Generation of Theory
What theories have been generated from the model?

Legitimacy
Is application of the model feasible? Is the model compatible with expectations of recipients of nursing? Does the model make a difference in health conditions?

Contributions
What is the overall contribution of the model to nursing?

Application (6 Points)
Has the model or derived theory been applied to real world nursing (practice, education, administration)? Cite examples.
How might you apply this model or derived theory in a nursing setting? Give examples of a specific situation and comment on the applicability of the theory to the situation. Include how the views of your chosen theorist are congruent with your views of nursing.

Graduate level writing is required. The paper should be well organized using correct grammar, spelling and APA format (7th edition). An abstract is required
