Hi! You did my paper last time and it was phenomenal! I got an A and would love it if you could write my next one due tomorrow! It is  an argumentative essay again over one or more of the readings we have discussed in the past 2 weeks. These are the material/readings we were assigned:
1. Topic: Spinoza on religion, superstisition, and freedom. Reading: Theological Political Treatise- Chapter 4-5, & 12-15.
2. Topic: Spinoza on Democracy. Readings: Theological Political Treatise- Chapter 20. And Political Treatise- Chapter 6 & 11.
3. Topic: Religious toleration. Reading: Locke’s letter on toleration
4. Topic: Divine Right Theory and its critics. Reading: Locke’s First Treatise on Government- chapter 1-2 & 8.

I’ve attached the rubric/guidelines she provided for us that I gave you last time, as well as the essay you wrote last time.

Defining Europe has long vexed historians, politicians, philosophers, others. Present-day debates over membership in the EU attest to this conundrum. Address the development of Europe in two different historical periods (defined above). How have its geopolitical, geographical, and cultural parameters shifted? What do these shifting assignations signify? How are they useful for historians? How do they illuminate or obscure important themes in European development?

Dissemination of EBP and research, such as presenting results at a conference or writing an article for a journal, is an important part of professional practice. Identify one professional journal and one nursing or health care conference where you might present your project. Discuss why each of your choices is the best option for you to disseminate your new knowledge.

Please include 1 intext citation and 1 reference.

Examine the role of institutions of authority (i.e. religious, political, economic, and cultural institutions) in the lives of ordinary people (i.e. citizens, subjects, and estates) in two different periods of European history (defined above). What is the balance of power between institutions and individuals? How are individual lives shaped by institutions of authority? Has the balance changed over time? If so, how?

1. What are some of the studies and articles linking smoking to popular culture, and what issues does Sternheimer point out about them? According to the reading, what are the more likely indicators/predictors of smoking in both the lives of teens and adults? Finally, what factors do you think relate to the steady drop in smoking rates in the United States since the 1990s?

2. According to Sternheimer, why might media conglomerates themselves focus on media and popular culture in regards to social problems? What role might they play in how Americans frame social problems like poverty? Beyond money itself, what overall impact does poverty have on the lives of children? Finally, why do you believe Americans as a whole have seemed so reluctant to talk about racism and poverty in our own country?

For this assignment, you will watch the first two portions of the documentary film A Class Divided (Links to an external site.).  You are encouraged watch the entire film, but for the purposes of this assignment the questions below will pertain to only the first two portions of the film.  If the film will not play on your device, here is a link to the transcript (Links to an external site.). https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/frontline/film/class-divided/

After viewing (1) The Daring Lesson and (2) Day Two answer the following questions:

1. What did the children’s body language indicate about the impact of discrimination?
2. How did Elliott’s discrimination create no-win situations for those placed in the inferior group?
3. How did she selectively interpret behavior to confirm the stereotypes she had assigned?
4. What scene or scenes do you think you’ll still remember a month from now and why those scenes?

Presentation on Threats to the Global Environment
Overview
Congratulations! The members of the United Nations found great value in the two analyses you provided. They are now asking you to develop a PowerPoint presentation that addresses four of the most critical threats to the global environment. Critical threats include:

Energy sources.
Globalization.
Lack of educational opportunities.
Inappropriate use of technology.
Civil war.
Poor health of entire population.
Cultural taboos.
Climate change.
Instructions
Step I. Narrow the List from Eight to the Four Most Critical Threats
To complete this step, complete the following tasks in order:

Review research on each of the eight threats.
Determine what you believe to be the current and potential future impacts of each threat on the global environment.
Choose the four threats that you see as the most critical by considering which pose the greatest or most immediate risk.
Step II. Create the PowerPoint Presentation
The completed version of this presentation will include a minimum of 16 slides. Your audience consists of the United Nations General Assembly.

PPT Content and Structure
Title Slide: Include your name, course title, current date, and the name of your instructor.
Introduction Slide: List the four threats you chose, and in the Notes section offer a brief narrative justifying these choices
Body Slides: The slide content is listed in the outline below. For each body slide you develop, please include a paragraph in the Notes section explaining how the details you have provided in the slide are pertinent to the United Nations discussion on selecting and prioritizing goals.
For your first threat (this is the threat you consider to be the greatest risk/highest priority):
One slide on a brief history and assessment of the threat.
One slide on the countries most affected by the threat, and how those countries are affected (please give examples).
One slide on the effects of this threat on the world population as a whole.
One slide including a chart, graph, or compelling visual that relates to the content you present in body slides ac.
For your second threat (this is the threat you consider to be the second greatest risk/second highest priority):
One slide on a brief history and assessment of the threat.
One slide on the countries most affected by the threat, and how those countries are affected (please give examples).
One slide on the effects of this threat on the world population as a whole.
One slide including a chart, graph, or compelling visual that relates to the content you present in body slides ac.
For your third threat (this is the threat you consider to be the third greatest threat/highest priority):
One slide on a brief history and assessment of the threat.
One slide on the countries most affected by the threat, and how those countries are affected (please give examples).
One slide on the effects of this threat on the world population as a whole.
One slide including a chart, graph, or compelling visual that relates to the content you present in body slides ac.
For your fourth threat (this is the threat you consider to be the fourth greatest threat/highest priority):
One slide on a brief history and assessment of the threat.
One slide on the countries most affected by the threat, and how those countries are affected (please give examples).
One slide on the effects of this threat on the world population as a whole.
One slide including a chart, graph, or compelling visual that relates to the content you present in body slides ac.
Conclusion Slide: Summarize your findings for the Assembly.
(Optional) Reference Slide: You can include full-text citations in the Notes section of each slide or provide a reference slide at the end of the presentation with the full citations of your sources.
Note:

Please discuss the threats in order of priority as described above, so the threat you consider the greatest should be discussed first in the presentation and so on.
Please use at least five credible sources to back up your discussion.
The body slides should summarize your key takeaways, whereas the notes section of each body slide should discuss the evidence and the details that support your takeaways. The content in both the notes and body sections requires citations and sources.
This course requires the use of Strayer Writing Standards. For assistance and information, please refer to the Strayer Writing Standards link in the left-hand menu of your course. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.

Success Tip
For more information and help in creating a PowerPoint, review the content found in the LinkedIn Learning course, PowerPoint 2019 Essential Training: The Basics.

The specific course learning outcome associated with this assignment is as follows:

Assess the current threats to the global environment.

review CASE 1: Spanning the Globe (which was part of your reading assignment on page 290). After reading this case study, in a minimum of a two-page paper, write a narrative that answers the following questions.
1. Freds comment to Eric could easily be frustration on his part but also considered a threat to sabotage Erics efforts to select qualified engineers to take the assignment to Mexico. What would you do, and why?

2. Fred has been a valuable employee, excelling in his international assignment, but he now is experiencing possible burnout and frustration over the extension of the assignment beyond the original agreements. A major reason for the delay is that he did not effectively get the job done because of lengthy delays stemming from his hesitation to hand things over to host country engineers. He was also ineffective in adapting to host country officials and regulations.
How would you address this with Fred?

3. Eric recognizes that Juanita Roberto, vice president of HR, is pushing for budget reductions and is advocating a do more with-less philosophy in the expatriate program. This includes changing pre-departure training for employees and family members. Erics current plan is effective, but he recognizes that a serious deficiency is the language training; it will require an increase rather than a decrease in spending. The language training is vital to success. How should Eric
convince Juanita of the importance of investing in better language training for expatriates?

4. What would be your plan of action to address each of the above issues?
You should include a title page, which does not count toward your required pages

For this assignment, you will be developing the final briefing to the CEO about your fictitious company the month prior to opening the new facility in Europe. In a 12-slide presentation, not counting the title and references slides, address the topics below. You covered some of these in earlier units, as Phases I and II in the timeline to open the new facility.

Describe the human resource implications that international growth puts on the firm. Be sure to address ethics, safety and security, and trade unions.

Describe the selection process of expatriate employees.

Describe the issues related to training and developing expatriates for international assignments.

Define the key components of an international compensation program. Define in which regional economic zones (e.g.EU or APEC) your fictitious company will reside, and the HR implications of the zone.

For this presentation, be sure to cover each of these important points, how these challenges were met, and include
expectations for the new company and staff.
Include speaker notes for each slide. Graphics and images may be included, but they are not part of the criteria for your grade.
