Please list two activities (one at home and one at school) that would grow a specific executive function skill.

Also, state why you feel this activity would grow that skill.

So you will have a total of eight activities and eight reasons why you feel that activity would grow that skill.

1.    Select a key child and two learning areas to observe (Math & English subjects)
2.    Gather observation data: About the child, Notes/documents, etc. gathered from observations using 5-7 different types of observation techniques. Note: The learning story is mandatory.

4.    Write a report (500-700 words): A reflection on the observation and assessment information of the key child.

This course describes a number of developmental challenges or tasks in Late Adulthood Check out Erik Eriksons stage theory as one example.

We can all think of people who fall on either end of the “integrity versus despair”
continuum. Some are happy about the life they have lived. Others have
many struggles and regrets.

Reflect on such developmental tasks… looking for examples either with older family and friends, or perhaps looking forward in your own life. For this assignment, use the case study about James on page 263-276 in your Functional Assessment text. Create a blank Functional Analysis Observation Form (FAOF) using page 264-265 in your Functional Assessment text as a guide to document the behaviors of James.

The disruptive target behaviors for this analysis include James’:
