a. Follow the instructions to create and upload a video recording using Kaltura, which is located in the Canvas course.
b. Please refer to the Kaltura tutorial for specific instructions
c. The video recording must be a minimum of three to four minutes and no more than five minutes in length. Hint: 100 words is approximately 1 minute of dialogue.

3. Part II: Using Microsoft Word 2013, create the summary paper for the assignment. Include a title page with your name, date, and course information, as well as a reference page.
a. The summary paper must be concisely written and a minimum of three (3) pages in length (excluding the title and reference pages).
b. A minimum of two (2) peer-reviewed scholarly sources, current within five years, are required.
c. Sources older than five years may not be used without the permission of the class professor.
d. No direct quotes may be used in this assignment.

Literature Synthesis
The purpose is to draw conclusions about the findings in the literature so that you can identify how the literature addresses your research question.
Compare & contrast, critically evaluate, and interpret the findings, so that you can draw conclusions. Use authors name when referring to a study and not the title of article.
Reflect on the approach you took when synthesizing the literature and any challenges you experienced.
Practice/Management Recommendation
Formulate a practice recommendation based on the findings in the literature that support or refute the practice or management issue/problem. Utilize citations within the summarization to support your recommendation.
IF you recommend a practice change, there needs to be at least two articles that support your recommendation.
Discuss implementation of this recommendation.
Reflect on any potential issues that you may face with implementing the recommendation (will it be costly to the organization, require a lot of education, etc.).
