PowerPoint Presentation Due at the end of week 7 – is designed to address professional aspects of nursing that impact nursing practice, leadership, management, education, and healthcare delivery trends. Created as a group project, the PPT development will allow the opportunity for you to experience preparation and teaching to each of your peers. To build teams and manage development in an organization, leaders must focus on employee job satisfaction and performance. Understanding the aspects of the organization that bring job satisfaction to employees helps achieve company goals while maintaining employee morale. Leaders must be knowledgeable about supporting the possibility of a worklife balance for their employees.
