Hospitals and other health care settings will often implement Transmission-Based Precautions to prevent or help reduce the spread of infections to health care workers, as well other patients in their care. These Transmission-Based Precautions are designed to supplement standard precautions in patients/residents with documented or suspected infection/colonization of highly transmissible or epidemiologically important pathogens. The three categories of Transmission-Based Precautions include:

Contact Precautions
Droplet Precautions
Airborne Precautions
For your initial post, choose one of the Transmission based Precautions listed above to research. Include what the definition of the precaution is, when it would be implemented and what type of personal protective equipment (PPE) a health care worker would be required to wear when coming in contact with a patient under that particular precaution.

Answer the question of the journal entry throughout the paper, which is:
Write a liberal humanist response, using one (or more) of the ten tenets, to The Oval Portrait.

– no need for a references page/works cited
– use a quotation or two to show the professor I have read and understood what is required, if impossible just use examples or clear explanation

P.S:
1) This is the reading of The Oval Portrait: https://poestories.com/read/ovalportrait
2) You will find the “one (or more) of the ten tenets” in the PDF attachment under the “additional materials” from page 26-28.

Student Learning Outcome:

Identify the various quality programs offered by CMS.
Select and submit electronic Clinical Quality measures associated with a medical specialty

Please go to the Quality Payment Program web site (https://qpp.cms.gov/mips/quality-measures (Links to an external site.)) and select a specialty measure set for the medical specialty of your choice (select internal medicine if you dont have a preference).  Identify 6 measure that you think are the best clinical measures for that specialty (some specialties only have 6 quality measures) that represent population health (dont select them because they are easy to measure).

Alternative site: https://qpp.cms.gov/mips/explore-measures/quality-measures?py=2019#measures (Links to an external site.)

Describe the following:

Are they process or outcome measures?
What is the electronic capture and submission method?
Are they considered high priority by CMS? Do you agree with that categorization?
Can the measure be improved (e.g., are they described as yes/no and percentage of population because the clinical measure is unstructured data?)
Is the measure appropriate to have as a federal or statewide reporting requirement?

Note – (3-4 pages). APA format and cite the references. Please follow the Rubric for Assignment 2 that I have attached for you. Thank you so much.

Blackaby & Blackaby conclude that spiritual leadership does not ultimately rest on casting a vision, pursuing aggressive goals, and/or determining what should be done; instead, the key to spiritual leadership is “absolute obedience to the Father’s will” (p. 50) and to “to preserve everything the Father reveals to them of His will” (p. 50). Does this statement apply to the educational leader in either the public or private Christian school arena? If you believe that it does apply, explain how it applies. If you do not believe that it applies, explain why. Also, after reading the first 6 chapters of Proverbs and viewing the related presentations, discuss what you have learned about wisdom as it applies to your position as an educational leader.  The book to use is “Moving People on to God’s Agenda:  Spiritual Leadership” by Henry & Richard Blackaby

After watching the 2 videos and reading the 3 chapters in Effective Fundraising, what suggestions would you have for attracting new and major supporters to your agency? How would you keep them engaged over a period of time and how would you appeal to them for a major donation for an Annual Campaign? How could you use Napkinsights? Do you see it as a private for-profit company, a non-profit, or a social entrepreneurship?

35)  Annotated Bibliography (15pointssubmitted on OaksDropbox in pdf format).  For this assignment you will turn in a summary of tensources that you have located foryour research project(you will only include pieces that you found useful).  Eight of these sources must be either from academic journals or books(they must be peer-reviewed sources). The sources must provide a mix of topical and theoretical relevance to yourproject.  Only two of the tensources may be from newspapers and other news sources.  However, you are highlyencouraged to utilize local news sources for your projectas extra sources.  All of the sources must be at least as recent as 2000.However, if you find a classic source that is of high-relevance to your project, then you may include it.  You need to use complete sentences.  Books may require longer annotations.  For books that serve as collections of articles(edited volumes),you maytreat each article as a separate source.Number each source and put aspace betweeneach step and number each step.Part One (conduct the following steps for each source):First, provide all citation information for each piecethat you found useful.Use the ASA Style Guide for format.See the handout titled ASASTYLEGUIDE.Second, state whether it is a peer-reviewed or popular press piece and in a few sentences, state the general topic and/or focus of this piece.Third, for peer-reviewed sources, in a few sentences, state the key questions or the thesis of this piece.Leave this blank for the popular press pieces.Fourth, for peer-reviewed sources, in a few sentences, state the major findings and/or arguments of this piece.Leave this blank for the popular press pieces.Fifth, in a few sentences, indicate how this source will be useful to your project.  Make sure to indicate whether you are using thispiece as a topical, theoretical, or methodical piece.  Or you may be using the piece as a source of secondary data (for instance it might have useful statistics on how many dog owners utilize dog parks).  Explain how you are using it.  For example, you might have found a theoretical source on how dogs act as social facilitators of human interaction.  You have seen this happen at the dog park you are studying.  Discuss this and give an example of how you are seeing dogs act as social facilitators at your dog park site.  Sixth, indicate whether/howthis source contains or leads to other potentially helpful sources.  If applicable, give the titles of those sources. For instance, your source might cite another article that you plan to look up.If this source does not contain leads to other sources than leave this blank.Seventh, remember to make sure to only include pieces that you found useful.Part Two(at the end on the last pageand after all of the above individual source entries):First,at the end of the 10 sources(on the last page)write one paragraph that summarizes how your initialdata collectioninteracts with what you are learning from all of your readings and vice versa.  This is a summary paragraph that is placed at the endon the last page.  You want to be as precise and clear as possible.  What are you seeing in your data and how does your literature provide insight into what you are observing?  Provide clear and detailed examples from both the data and the literature.  Your goal is to show me how you are going to be able to make sense of your data using your literature.  Second,at the end of the paragraph and one line down, state your overall guiding research question.Your research question likely evolved over the semester it does not have to be the exact wording that you started off with
