Please the following information for a company that we are trying to value (ERIC) and two matching companies:

Ratio    ERIC            MATCH1                      MATCH2
P/E            10                        20                                  15
a.  Based on this information, is ERIC undervalued or overvalued? Justify your answers.

b.  If ERIC has EPS of $2.0, what would an appropriate target price be for ERIC using relative valuation?

Topic -Family Issues in the Community

You will select a family issue that is of interest to you (e.g., premarital counseling, mental health services, parenting programs, fertility treatment, teenage pregnancy, care for the elderly) and then research how the topic is being addressed in our community.  In order to do this, you will need to contact community agencies, local government officials, university programs, and seek information via the Internet to investigate how the community is offering information and/or services to the public regarding the family issue.  You MUST research at least TWO separate local community sources, in YOUR community, that address your chosen family issue.  Your final paper will include the following:

20 pts. = Introductory information. This information should include a description of the family issue and that sites information presented in your textbook (10 pts.), why the issue is of interest to you (5 pts.), and a detailed description of how you gathered the information that is discussed in the paper (5 pts.).
30 pts. = Describe and explain how the family issue is currently being addressed within your community based on your research.
20 pts. = Evaluate the communitys current efforts. (i.e., what is your opinion of the strengths and weaknesses of the existing community resources that you have researched and presented in your paper?).
20 pts. = Specifically, outline future policy initiatives and community-based efforts that you believe could improve the current state of affairs. I want your own thoughtful ideas here, folks!
5 pts. = Overall grammar, punctuation and paper organization.
5 pts. = Also include any printed materials describing the agency and/or the services offered by the agency to the community (e.g., pamphlets, newsletters, handouts obtained from the agencies).
Note:  Be sure to include some form of materials to document your research efforts!!  Examples of documented sources might include attached pamphlets, materials and/or direct website links to the two agencies.

You will observe the student learn in a classroom and/or after school environment and fill out the sheet attached.
.
The observation should include the following:

-The Observation includes detailed information in all of the following: description of the context, description of students activities, comments, and inferences.
-Description of students activity is related to the area of development and reported in detail.
-Description of students activity is written as an objective account of behavior.
-Inferences are connected to the behavior observed, and their connection is explained in clear and elaborate fashion.
-Inferences are substantiated with references to at least 2 relevant theories of development and supported by 3 course readings.
-Inferences include a clear and elaborate description of the students developmental abilities and needs in the specific developmental domain and suggestions are provided for supporting the students development.

How does the student approach problem solving? The student could be working independently or in a small group.  It may help if the problem is part of a hands-on project so you can see how the student approaches the problem. This observation should help you gather data on what processes the student uses to learn. Observe the student conducting any of the following activities:

Receiving information
Applying Skills
Practicing new skills
Participating in collaborative activities
Doing homework
Taking a test or quiz
Using technology
Viewing videos
Presenting information
Using resources other than textbook

Alright based on the topic  I have already picked out, so I have already written some of this essay and so this is the overall Idea in which I want the essay to be about: They always say youre too young to know anything, they always say Ill tell you when youre older, youll understand then, they always say youre only 15, how would you know, they always say well Im older than you, Ive had more experience then you. What they dont see is that yes I may be young but I also have gone through just as much or more than someone older has. What they fail to realize is that my nor anyone intelligence always correlates with how old they are. Therefore, that has been where my struggle has lied because it was and still is having to defend my character against others due to always seeing me below them because of how crazy my ambitions can be while being such a young person in other peoples eyes.  So my challenge has been changing my other peoples assumptions about me

C. Outline

Research paper

Topic:

Title: Reproductive Rights

Its an argumentative paper

Research Question: Should unborn babies have the same rights as normal people? Most religions and republicans tell as once a child is conceived it becomes an independent individual with all rights which include a right to live. But, shouldn’t that be reserved for people who can make logical decisions?

The goal of a research paper is not to inform the reader what others have to say about a topic, but to draw on what others have to say about a topic and engage the sources in order to thoughtfully offer a unique perspective on the issue at hand. This is accomplished through two major types of research papers: Argumentative research paper The argumentative research paper consists of an introduction in which the writer clearly introduces the topic and informs his audience exactly which stance he intends to take; this stance is often identified as the thesis statement .Analytical research paper The analytical research paper often begins with the student asking a question (a.k.a. a research question) on which he has taken no stance. Such a paper is often an exercise in exploration and evaluation.

Restate your research question and outline your semi-structured interview and questionnaire data collection strategies. Add the following appendices. Upload three separate documents. Appendix B can be a PDF. o  Appendix A: A semi-structured interview schedule with at least 10 questions o  Appendix B: Use Qualtrics to prepare a questionnaire with at least 10 questions  * Collect the Data: After receiving feedback on your Data Collection Tools, conduct 3-5 interviews using the semi-structured interview schedule and 20 surveys using the questionnaire. Use this data for the remaining assignments.

Please answer questions after reading the attached files and links provided.  In Milestones Revised  you should read only pages  p. 3-6,7-11.

You should respond to the guiding questions/discussion prompts by synthesizing information from course readings; you must  cite at least 3 specific points from the reading(s). And always cite your source!

1. What child activities can contribute to achieving important developmental milestones during infancy and toddlerhood?
2. How should parents and caregivers interact with infants and toddlers to promote emotional development, specifically attachment?
3. How could you explain that a lack of emotional communication in infancy leads to a cognitive delay in later years?
4. What questions did these texts raise for you in light of your own experience with students/children? What critical questions about this/these theories do these observations raise for you?
