Writers Memo At least 200 words

When you post your draft to the peer review discussion, you should also post a short Writers Memo in which you tell your reader a bit about your piece and signal if there any specific parts of the assignment draft which you want feedback on. You might ask, for example, if a specific section or paragraph is clear enough, or if the transitions between the different parts of the argument make sense. The memo will probably be most useful to your reviewer if you pose specific questions. This is also the place where you can signal, more generally, the kinds of advice you would like. For example, if you want micro-level feedback on things grammar and syntax, say so here.

see my proposal, my research topic and feedback from my professor. base on this topic, write an argument essay memo, and i am going to further assign you an argument essay.

In The Kingdom of Matthias, Paul E. Johnson, and Sean Wilentz explain the difficulty in writing a micro history, While trying to resist the exaggerations and heat that accompany any weird scandal, especially one that involves sexual play, we thought we would do the same from the vantage point of a century and a half later. The trick was to try and do so without turning the protagonists into mere historical types. Johnson and Wilentz further comment on the characters in the story by stating They suffered, raged, swooned, and betrayed without knowing anything about a market revolution or a Second Great Awakening, concepts that historians only imposed much later. They lived in their own histories, not ours, and we tried to respect their histories even as we tried to make it intelligible to our own sense of history.

Read the book, and comment critically on the following question. How do the characters in The Kingdom of Matthias reveal the conflicts and struggles of family life, social class, sexuality, and economic/political change during the Second Great Awakening?

As a think piece assignment, the paper should be clearly organized and contain a wealth of information. The use of quotations is appropriate, but use them for emphasis or reference, not as narrative, citing the author and page number in the text. The paper should be typed, double-spaced, and be five to seven pages in length. The paper will be evaluated on how well it reveals a close reading and analysis of the book, on its presentation of evidence, and on its organization and style.

-Use in text quotes quotations from the book within the paper.

-NO outside sources ONLY use the book The Kingdom of Matthias

During the shut downs related to COVID-19, speedy trial has been postponed due to the concerns of not social distancing.  This has resulted in many defendant’s not having a trial when they desire to have one.  Thinking about the impact a pandemic or other national emergency can have on the right to speedy trial and a right to a jury trial, answer the following.

Do you think the right to a speedy trial should be absolute? Meaning, there should be absolutely no circumstances which should infringe on that right.  If so, discuss why and cite any relevant case law or statute or constitutional amendment.  If not, discuss why and again cite any relevant case law or statute or constitutional amendment.

For your initial post in this discussion, you will analyze and evaluate either Meyer, Spencer, and French’s “The Identity of a ‘College Student'” or Winter’s “Beauty and the Beholder,” both of which use argument to inquire about their research topics using the IMRAD model.

First, select one of the two articles. Then analyze and evaluate that article, responding to the following questions. As you answer these questions, remember that arguing to inquire means probing, questioning, and challenging the research, its results, and its conclusions in order to come to a more thorough understanding of the topic and to come closer to the truth. Do not simply agree with the author(s); look for points of contention or disagreement you have with the author, based on the questions below. As you answer, be sure to paraphrase (and cite) details and examples from the article to support your answer.

Summarize the research topic the author(s) inquires into. What issue or problem are they investigating? Also, identify the research question the  author(s) attempts to answer.
Summarize the results and analysis that are crucial to answering the research question. Also, summarize the answer the author(s) gives to this question based on the results and analysis.
What new ideas, information, and/or outcomes does this research appear to contribute to the understanding of this research topic? As you answer this question, consider both what the author(s) says about this and your own conclusions about what this research may add to the scholarly conversation.
What do you think of the conclusions made by the author(s)? How accurate do you think the results and/or analysis are? What information provided in the article leads you to conclude this? How thorough and accurate do you think the answer to the research questions is? Based on the results provided, can you think of other possible answers or conclusions one could make?
Examine the primary research conducted. What do you think it overlooks or fails to consider? Do you think the author(s) should have taken a different approach to conducting the primary research (such as a different primary research method, different questions, or even a different or more varied human population to study)? Why? What do you think could have been done to obtain better results from primary research with which to answer the research question?

****************************************************************************************************************I have attached the first EBP Paper which should be used to complete this assignment.
****************************************************************************************************************

The final version of the EBP Paper should include four basic sections: An introduction that provides the background information and states the thesis of the paper; A methods section that details the steps you took in finding information and data about the topic, population, and interventions; A findings section that details your results and presents your review of articles on the outcome and effectiveness of the interventions with the chosen population; and a Conclusion.  You will be submitting edited or perhaps re-written versions of your previous parts one and two for this paper.  This is the only time you will be submitting the conclusion portion. The paper should be submitted as one complete APA style research paper. Details for the conclusion section are included below.

Conclusion: Make an argument for one intervention approach from those that you presented in Part II.  You will select the intervention that you think presents a supportable solution to your practice problem.  The intervention should be relevant to your target population, amenable to intervention in a clinical setting, and directly addresses your identified problem.

Describe how and why this intervention is the most appropriate for your issue and population.
What aspects of the supporting research have led you to believe that this intervention will be successful in practice?
Assess and describe the fit of this intervention with your client(s).  Does it seem acceptable given what you know about your clients preference, culture, and values?  Does it require a realistic level of financial and time resources?  You are selecting the best intervention which still may not fit all of your needs so address how well or poorly the intervention fits.

Conclude your paper by briefly restating your EBP question and your primary findings. Your conclusion will be strengthened by identifying gaps in the literature and suggesting areas for additional research 2-3 pages.

The completed Final EBP paper should be between 10 pages not including an APA title page and Reference page. There should be a minimum of 5 scholarly articles used as references for this paper.

Reaction Paper
Write a reaction paper based on the first 6 chapters of the textbook. This reaction paper will be in response or reaction to what you have learned from each chapter.  Your reaction paper will be in accordance with APA format and will summarize factual information from each chapter.  Your reaction paper will follow the standard format for a reaction paper.  Refer to the preparatory section to refer to the general guideline provided for preparing reaction papers.

My research question is:Will the use of a community health education toolkit help students create an effective health fair? I need research as to what needs to be in a toolkit collect information from previous health fairs conducted by students to identify gaps or areas needing development.  Intensive literature review on health fairs.  I will then design the health fair tool kit based on the literature review conducted.  Recommendations could be to see if the use of the tool kit makes a difference at future fairs.
