You are to write an essay of no more than one single spaced page. You must use standard margins and cite all sources using either MLA or APA, your bibliography may be on the second page. Failure to cite your sources can result in an F for the assignment. The link for submitting your essay is inside this folder.
Remember: You are being graded not on the position you take, but on your ability to make a reasoned, supported, and well written argument.

I have attached all required reading for the assignment. Please follow. Thank you!

Based on our course readings, define worldview in your own words.
1.How does worldview affect cultural, political, economic, and industrial aspects of society?
2.Why is it important to consider worldview when sharing the gospel with someone from a different cultural background than your own?

****Journal entry should total at least 450 words but no more than 750 (note that the questions themselves do not count towards your word count).
The assignment should be completed in Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double spaced.
DO NOT PLAGIARIZE!  You should submit your entry as a reflection of what you have learned, NOT a word for word copy of our readings or a compilation of citations from any source. DO NOT use dictionary or web definitions of worldview.
Support your thoughts/statements with the course material and the scriptures. Use Turabian style footnotes.****

compare and contrast the RQ-4 Global Hawk and the MQ-9 Reaper.
In the paper, you should discuss the type of system, capabilities, structure,
limitations, payload, support equipment, and users.  It is not enough to merely list what is
the same and what is different. But, why is it important to see what is the same and what is different?

Ensure you apply critical thinking, do not just list or discuss two separate UAS.
Compare and Contrast both UAS together, throughout the whole paper.

BB4: How Does Culture Shape our Cognition and Consciousness?

Read Chapter 4
Watch the Ted Talk by cognitive scientist Lera Borodtsky: https://www.ted.com/talks/lera_boroditsky_how_language_shapes_the_way_we_think?language=en
TED Description: There are about 7,000 languages spoken around the world — and they all have different sounds, vocabularies and structures. But do they shape the way we think? Cognitive scientist Lera Boroditsky shares examples of language — from an Aboriginal community in Australia that uses cardinal directions instead of left and right to the multiple words for blue in Russian — that suggest the answer is a resounding yes. “The beauty of linguistic diversity is that it reveals to us just how ingenious and how flexible the human mind is,” Boroditsky says. “Human minds have invented not one cognitive universe, but 7,000.

INSTRUCTIONS:

This week your writing should be in an essay format without copypasting my questions: Construct a one piece blog (information essay) with strong paragraphs (intro to topic/concepts, background knowledge, dilemma, solutions, conclusion, future direction) and a big question to challenge the believes and assumptions of your peers. Use my below questions/suggestions as a guide to structre your blog. Unpack the textbook information and challenge all our assumed believes about others and ourselves! No need to use external sources. Stick to the chapter. Thank you!
After reading the chapter and watching the talk, write a 500-word blog (essay) exploring how culture might shape the way we dream, talk, and think. Start with a central idea [intro to topic/concepts]. Back up your arguments with the studies used in the chapter and go deeper making connections to specific aspects (e.g., poverty-driven perception, cultural norms/enviornmental characteristics and dream interpretation, perception/meaning of color, religion, etc.)[background/scientific knowlege]. After laying out cross-cultural knowledge on consciousness and thinking, discuss issues/controversies [dilemma]. Describe a specific problem, and try to solve it [solutions]. In conclusion, connect your blog to the current situation and/or future professional role, highlighting the importance of human consciousness for peaceful human interactions [conclusion].

Mini Case

Suppose you decide (as did Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg) to start a company. Your product is a software platform that integrates a wide range of media devices, including laptop computers, desktop computers, digital video recorders, and cell phones. Your initial client base is the student body at your university. Once you have established your company and set up procedures for operating it, you plan to expand to other colleges in the area and eventually to go nationwide. At some point, hopefully sooner rather than later, you plan to go public with an IPO and then to buy a yacht and take off for the South Pacific to indulge in your passion for underwater photography. With these plans in mind, you need to answer for yourself, and potential investors, the following questions:
What is an agency relationship? When you first begin operations, assuming you are the only employee and only your money is invested in the business, would any agency conflicts exist? Explain your answer.
Suppose your company raises funds from outside lenders. What type of agency costs might occur? How might lenders mitigate the agency costs?
What is corporate governance? List five corporate governance provisions that are internal to a firm and are under its control.
Briefly describe the use of stock options in a compensation plan. What are some potential problems with stock options as a form of compensation?
Briefly explain how regulatory agencies and legal systems affect corporate governance.

Read this chapter from the book and use it as a source you need three strong points from the reading.
