Using a range of Nahua sources, a generation of new scholarship has challenged traditional interpretations of the Spanish Conquest of Mexico, providing readers with much more complex and nuanced understandings of the dramatic events of 1519-21 and their aftermaths (for two examples, see the introduction in Victors and Vanquished and the Matthew Restall interview posted on the Blackboard site). Using specific examples from at least 4 to 6 different documents from Victors and Vanquished, critically analyze the roles played by two of the following factors in the fall of the Aztec or Mexica Empire: relations between Tenochtitlan and the indigenous communities of their tributary empire; Spanish good luck; military technology; and/or disease. I might note that students would do well to incorporate the insights of Robert Markss Origins of the Modern World into their papers.

(1.) From Juneteenth to the Tulsa massacre: What isn’t taught in classrooms has a profound impact. Educators said the history of systemic racism in this country and the contributions of Black people have been erased. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/juneteenth-tulsa-massacre-what-isn-t-taught-classrooms-has-profound-n1231442

(2.) Racism in America: Resources to Help You Understand America’s Long History of Injustice & Equality. https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2020/06/08/understanding-racism-inequality-america/?arc404=true

(3.) Reparations for Slavery. https://library.cqpress.com/cqresearcher/document.php?id=cqresrre2019082300

A new movement has started since the early 2000s, where some political groups are trying to remove American history from our children’s school curriculum and textbooks, specifically slave history. These groups also do not want to cover segregation, civil rights and more.  By removing the history the African American communities are denied their connections to American History and so are others who would like to learn more about the history of slavery and racial inequality in America.  Recently, African Americans have created movements such as “Black Lives Matter”  to counteract these other groups, have begun to celebrate Juneteenth as “Independence Day” or “Liberation Day” for African-Americans and have pushed to renew the reparations’ discussion.  Many tie slave history to the development of segregation and racism that has spread throughout our country. A historical trauma has affected generations of African-Americans because of what their ancestors had to endure just to survive in this country. This distrust has developed towards different groups, agencies, and organizations. For those who are not affected, trying to understand what it means to be an African-American in the United States showcases the need for this history to be taught in all schools and to every American.

Your final discussion is to prepare a speech that would explain to all of America why African American History from after Reconstruction to the present should be taught.

Explain why every American should know African American history. You will be expected to use specific facts, events and people that you have learned from this course.

Musk is one of the names that create and destroy other old and new businesses. Space X, Tesla, The Boring Company, Open AI, and Neuralink are owned by Musk companies. The researchers have shown how Musk affects them in both a positive and negative way. So this is an industry that has been disrupted (cbinsights).
can u add a bit more to this. Explain what this means, why it is important. Also have this flow with the following paragraphs. (next paragraphs talk about what he has created so it flows well if u add more)

Due to Musk’s creativity he is at the head of a lot of this generation’s revolutionary ideas, but he is not done yet. He is still innovating and creating new technology that can help take us even further into the future. Recently he has developed an AI chip that can be placed into one’s brain, this chip will be helpful in a ton of different aspects affecting brain trauma and injury. (Eadicicco) This AI chip is forecasted to potentially allow eyesight and hearing to be restored, along with restoration in limbs, and lastly the chip can help different parts of the brain that are affected from diseases.(Eadicicco) The development of this AI chip is no easy task, but because of Muska’s amazing leadership skills he is dedicated to this task. It is known that this task will take lots of time, energy, and money but Musk does not let this deter him from accomplishing what most people think of as the impossible.
Elon musk is a visionary. One of his long-term goals is to get to Mars.  To do this, his short-term goal is to make the SpaceX Project successful. (Predictive Success).Elon musk displays investment versions of creativity through his SpaceX development project. (Cameron)  SpaceX is a satellite launching service that allows companies to place their own satellites into orbit without having to deal with the exorbitant fees and risks of getting it there. SpaceX is the first of its kind to deliver unmanned vehicles into space. This service is known as rideshare. (SpaceX) Elon Musk has always been looking to innovate. Elon musk has a purpose. He sets up long-term goals with short-term goals to fit the gaps of time.

Elon Musk has proven to be a strategic thinker.  Environmentally friendly products are becoming more generally accepted as time goes on. One of Elon Musk’s focuses is to save the planet.  This led Elon to acquire Tesla which produces electric cars. This is very environmentally friendly.  Elon, being an innovator, is working on Tesla’s car and has already developed self-driving capabilities along with being able to drive individuals to their destination based on what they have on their calendar (Clifford). Many car companies such as Honda, Toyota, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz and more, have been making various types of EV but Tesla is a step ahead of the rest with making their cars more luxurious. Tesla placed in the number 1 and 2 spot for luxury EV with the model S and model 3. Porsche, BMW, and Lexus filling up the rest of the spots. While EV are being a hot topic, Tesla motors have to be careful of all the car companies that are coming into their market and do a thorough market analysis to stay a step ahead. Tesla has not made profit in the 15 years it has been opened but it still remains to be a top seller (Investopedia).
