This document will guide you through what you need to do in terms of the research project requirements. So the project itself consists of you finding and analyzing two primary sources related to historical event or topic. That influenced or shaped People or states in the Gulf.

So this needs to be something that was significant. Historically, and I have some possible Events or topic ideas for you that you can use as it mention in the paper ( there are some topics that I highlighted in yellow) , but you’re welcome also to come up with things that you find in your research that you might want to talk about. So you’re not restricted to these things. Okay, you can choose a different historical event or topic which provides web links to the sources that you’re planning to use the topic that you are considering talking about and then presumably after you looked at some of those Sources primary sources online, then you would submit 200 or 300 words summary of, you know, the, the basic findings.

A final report Which is one to two pages long. It’s not significant. This is not an essay, but it does require you to do research. It discusses the primary sources that you have found what they are, where they are coming from the kind of historical issues or problems that might be associated with them. And then your analysis of these sources to reflect on how they affected people in the region. So this needs to be based on your analysis of the sources for specific sources.

But for now, all that you should be concerned with is fulfilling this outline ( which is page 3 in the doc) which is the outline only.

after that in 1 November will do the draft, and later on the final report in 15 November.

we can divide them into two parts which are part one the outline and the draft and part 2 the final paper.

To answer the following questions, you will need the following two equations:

Ksl = Ksu + D/E *(1 – T)*(Ksu – Kd)

WACC = We*Ksl + Wd*Kd*(1 – T)

Please must show steps in your work.

What are some of the ways that the demand for labor was met, and what were some consequences of what George Tucker describes as a population and wealth increase with unexampled rapidity? Be sure to pull from as many documents as possible.

Program/policy evaluation is a valuable tool that can help strengthen the quality of programs/policies and improve outcomes for the populations they serve. Program/policy evaluation answers basic questions about program/policy effectiveness. It involves collecting and analyzing information about program/policy activities, characteristics, and outcomes. This information can be used to ultimately improve program services or policy initiatives.

Nurses can play a very important role assessing program/policy evaluation for the same reasons that they can be so important to program/policy design. Nurses bring expertise and patient advocacy that can add significant insight and impact. In this Assignment, you will practice applying this expertise and insight by selecting an existing healthcare program or policy evaluation and reflecting on the criteria used to measure the effectiveness of the program/policy.

To Prepare:

Review the Healthcare Program/Policy Evaluation Analysis Template provided in the Resources.
Select an existing healthcare program or policy evaluation or choose one of interest to you.
Review community, state, or federal policy evaluation and reflect on the criteria used to measure the effectiveness of the program or policy described.
The Assignment: (23 pages)

Based on the program or policy evaluation you selected, complete the Healthcare Program/Policy Evaluation Analysis Template. Be sure to address the following:

Describe the healthcare program or policy outcomes.
How was the success of the program or policy measured?
How many people were reached by the program or policy selected?
How much of an impact was realized with the program or policy selected?
At what point in program implementation was the program or policy evaluation conducted?
What data was used to conduct the program or policy evaluation?
What specific information on unintended consequences was identified?
What stakeholders were identified in the evaluation of the program or policy? Who would benefit most from the results and reporting of the program or policy evaluation? Be specific and provide examples.
Did the program or policy meet the original intent and objectives? Why or why not?
Would you recommend implementing this program or policy in your place of work? Why or why not?
Identify at least two ways that you, as a nurse advocate, could become involved in evaluating a program or policy after 1 year of implementation.

What do you think the author is saying through the development of these characters? In your response, describe the primary features of the characters at the beginning of the novel, the basic process by which they change, and their characteristics at the end of the novel. Then, explain what you think the author is trying to say through the changes in Elizabeth and Darcy.

Topic 1
Berenger’s transformation is the true metamorphosis in Rhinoceros. While the other characters physically turn into rhinoceroses, embodying the savage natures they had formerly repressed, Berenger’s change is moral and completely opposite from his position at the start of the play. Write a character analysis of Berenger showing how he was able to change his character rather than accept the presence of the rhinos.

Topic 2
The main character of the “A & P”& is Sammy, a teenager, who tries to rebel against the system and structure of social norms represented in the form of rules and standards typical for the A&P stores. His rebellion is a local reflection of those ideas, ideological and cultural changes which were developed in the society of the USA in the 1960s. Write an essay that analyzes the importance of historical context in shaping the themes of this story.

Topic 3
“The Lottery” is filled with symbols. This story is in many ways a parable more than a traditional story. Jackson describes a society so mired in its traditions that it has lost the ability to even look at the reasons for those traditions, but instead follows them blindly even when they hurt its citizens. Write an essay discussing the use of symbols in this story.

Topic 4
Discuss the themes of anonymity, conformity, and government control in “Unknown Citizen.”

Coates crafted his book as a letter to his son. But laced throughout the memoir/letter is a provocative argument about the way race works in America. Your assignment for this essay is to choose one of the themes from the list below and to compose your essay focused on Coates views on how race intersects with your chosen theme: 1) what is his primary argument about the topic  2) what evidence, events, experiences or stories does he summon to support that point of view 3) to what extent to you find his treatment of the topic persuasive? As the writer of the essay, you are free to agree or disagree with the author.
