A.  Create an email or memorandum providing product information and benefits of implementation, including how it solves a business problem, for executive leadership of the organization, such as the CIO, CFO, etc.

B.  Create a fact sheet communicating essential product and implementation information, including how it solves a business problem, for the cross-functional team, including members from IT who will be implementing the product. Include each of the following points in the fact sheet:

  description of product

  rationale for implementation

  summary of implementation phases

  graphic aids that supplement product information or implementation plans

C.  Describe the writing process used to develop the artifact for each audience.

D.  Explain how analysis of the following audience attributes informed the purpose for each  artifact:

  subject knowledge

  position in the organization

  personal attitudes

  reading style

  types of readers (primary, secondary, international)

E.  Acknowledge sources, using in-text citations and references, for content that is quoted, paraphrased, or summarized.

F.  Demonstrate professional communication in the content and presentation of your submission.

Ethics and the Profession of Arms

1.    The essay must not exceed 1200 words in length, double-spaced, one-inch margins, and 12-point Times New Roman font with page numbers. Due 6 Feb 2021.

2.    The thesis will be the last sentence of the first paragraph. The paper should be an argumentative essay, not merely describing or explaining and address and extended presidential terms as reasons for U.S concern and intervention.

3.  Present an outline with the paper.

Military Toxic Leadership
Thesis: Most human nature is good, but with accolades and promotions over time, that power causes one to lose self-awareness, and that lack of awareness is usually the thing that gets them caught. 

Write on how the power of being a senior leader can feed temptation. The paper will address the below:
-Common character traits of toxic leaders
-How to develop young leaders to avoid these character flaws
-Experience teaches us skill/talent cannot compensate for immoral character or unethical behavior
-Use Bathsheba syndrome as an example of how power can get you in trouble if you dont have elements(family, friends, church) in place to check your behavior

(Minimum of 2,000 typed, polished words)This assignment asks you to explore the discourse of your declared, or prospective academic major, so that you can be a better, more engaged participant of this discourse community as you continue with your field of study. There are several elements that make up an investigative essay, including the fashioning of a research question, conducting primary and secondary research, and the presentation of information in written format following academic conventions. To begin, you will identify a contemporary topic or issue within your field of study that you wish to learn more about. Then, you will form a research question that will serve as the cornerstone of your investigative essay. In order to explore your research question, you will engage in primary research (collecting data through interviews and first-hand observation) and secondary research (consulting scholarly, popular, and professional publications). You must complete two (2) interviews of participants in your field. This includes, but is not limited to, professors, workforce members, and upperclassmen in your field of study. At least one of your interviews must be either a professor or a workforce member. You must also include a minimum of four (4) scholarly, peer-reviewed sources and two (2) non-scholarly publications relevant to your field of study. These elements will serve as the basis for your investigative essay.
